PowerSystems
International, Inc. ("PSI")
was founded in 1995 as a New York Corporation,
and moved to Natural Bridge Station,
Virginia in 2002 to engage in the business
of supplying Custom Integrated Mobile
Power Systems ("CIMPS"). CIMPS
are trailer mounted acoustically enclosed
generator sets that are combined with
environmental control units and rapidly
deployable soft shelters to form self-sufficient,
rapidly deployable command centers, field
hospitals, or disaster relief shelters.
PSI procures suitable components, properly
sized for compatibility, assembles, and
integrates them on trailers designed
to PSI's and its customer's specifications.
Additional equipment and supplies may
be added as cargo. Purchasers of CIMPS
include governmental, military, and private
entities, both in the United States and
abroad.

"The
availability of a suitable building,
the existence of significant technical
talent in HVAC and related fields, and
the opportunity to reduce manufacturing
costs made Virginia and the Rockbridge
area a logical
choice. I am most appreciative of the
assistance provided by Governor Warner
and Rockbridge County."
