Governor Warner Recognizes the Shenandoah Valley for its Quality Workforce Development Initiatives

RICHMOND — March 27, 2003

Governor Warner presented the first “Governor’s Award for Best Practices in Workforce Development” to the Shenandoah Valley Workforce Investment Board.  Accepting the award were Trigg Copenhaver, Chair, and Bob Satterwhite, Executive Director.
