Mohawk Industries, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Lees Carpet CALHOUN, Ga., Nov. 10

Lees Carpet manufacturing facility in the Rockbridge area is the largest carpet facility under one roof in the U.S.

Mohawk Industries, Inc. has announced it has completed the acquisition of Lees Carpet for $346M. The only Lees Carpet manufacturing facility is located in Rockbridge County, Virginia.  Lees Carpet, one of the most respected names in carpets, has been manufactured in the Rockbridge area since 1939 and currently employs 1275.
